LEE FITZGERALD

Founding Partner

Lee joined Patamar Capital as a Founding Partner, a member of the investment team, and leader of the operations team in 2009. He brings three decades of investment and operational leadership in various commercial sectors. Lee co-founded Patamar Capital's Beacon Fund in 2020, a private-credit fund investing in female-led businesses globally. Prior to Patamar Capital, Lee led Venture Out Holdings as President and CEO from 1996 to 2017, focusing on operating companies in the recreation vehicle, hospitality, reprographics, and real estate development sectors. Lee began his professional career as a practicing attorney, working from 1983 to 1985 at Csaplar & Bok, assisting institutional investors in private placement finance transactions.

Lee earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Santa Clara University in 1979, an MBA from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, and a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1983.
