Joellen currently serves as an advisor to The Resilient Youth Program. She brings expertise in bridging corporate and non-profit sectors, to integrate social impact and sustainability into business strategy. As the Vice President of UI Charitable Advisors/University Impact, she led student training and philanthropic impact funding. Joellen spearheaded the UI program expansion to South Africa through key partnerships with the U.S. Consulate, and the Bertha Centre for Social Innovation at UCT. Joellen has collaborated with renowned brands such as the Gap, Disney, and the Kering Group, to design marketing and social-sustainability programs. Notably, she launched the Gap for Good sustainability platform. She has advised 100's of global SMEs and co-founded a Cambodian social venture.

Joellen earned a Bachelor's Degree with honors in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, and a Master of Studies in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge.
